I am a professionally trained chef with a passion for perfection and a drive for new and exciting challenges . I have worked with high end clients in a broad range of different establishments including breath-taking luxury villas on the Balearic Islands, Fine Dining restaurants in Japan, Exclusive Chalets across the Swiss Alps and SuperYachts in the Mediterranean. From this I have an abundance of experience transforming your likes and dislikes into a menu from heaven.

Wherever I find myself, whether it be in a Michelin star restaurant in London, back street ramen bar in Tokyo or an alternative tapas bar in Palma de Mallorca, I am always building and refining my ever expanding repertoire which now ranges from high end fine dining, perfect for a more intimate dining experience to wow the senses, to selections of stunning sharing platters that span across several cuisines which are now more popular than ever.
